Who this policy is from

This policy is provided by Automation Helps ("we", "us"), the company that builds and operates the PresentLO software platform, and explains what we do with the personal information collected by the app and website themselves — account credentials, device and technical data, and how the app functions.

PresentLO is used by independent mortgage companies (each a "Company") to work with their own borrowers. If you were sent an application link by a specific loan officer, visit that link and open the "Privacy Notice" from there for the notice specific to your mortgage company's handling of your financial information.

The separate notice for your mortgage application

If you use PresentLO to apply for a mortgage, the mortgage company you are working with is a financial institution and is separately required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Regulation P to give you a privacy notice describing what nonpublic personal financial information they collect, who they share it with, and how they protect it.

That notice is specific to your mortgage company and is delivered to you by email when your account is created and at least once every 12 months afterward. Contact your loan officer if you believe you are due one and have not received it.

Information we collect as the platform operator

In our role operating the PresentLO software, we collect account information (name, email, phone number, authentication data), device and technical information (IP address, device/OS, app version, crash logs), and usage information needed to operate and improve the app.

Who we share it with

We share platform-level information with service providers under contract and only for the functions described: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS and voice messaging), Anthropic (the AI assistant "Aria"), and as permitted or required by law.
